In order to file their lawsuit against the State of Delaware, RISE Delaware hired lawyers and successfully won a motion to stop the move to a Medicare Advantage plan for now.

However, the State is continuing its no-holds-barred effort to impose Medicare Advantage. We are committed to work with you and fight this to the end! The organization needs funds to defend against the State's appeal of the Superior Court's ruling and to be prepared to file an additional lawsuit if required to protect the healthcare benefits Delaware retirees were promised.
